Spend and win with BurJuman. We are offering our customers a chance to win 10,000 AED BurJuman Gift vouchers starting from the 1st of October.
Mechanics: Spend 200 AED at any participating outlet for a chance to win 10,000 AED BurJuman gift vouchers. There will be 3 winners in total.
*Moreover, any customer using their Citibank credit card will get double coupons.
Promotion dates: 1st -16th October 2019
Draw dates: 5th, 12th and 17th October 2019
Terms & Conditions:
• On every spend of AED 200 at any retail outlet in BurJuman other than banks and foreign exchange facilities, customers will receive one raffle coupon to enter the draw.
• Customers who spend AED 200 using their Citibank Credit Card or have applied for a Credit Card at the Citibank kiosk located in the mall will receive two coupons for every AED 200.
• Customers who want to claim two coupons per AED 200 should present their Citibank Credit Card at the customer service desk. Alternatively, if they have applied for a Citibank product at the Citibank kiosks located in BurJuman, they should show the received SMS to the staff at the customer service desk in order to receive double coupons. Terms and conditions of Citibank apply.
• Multiple receipts are accepted provided it is within the promotion period dates.
• The promotion starts on 1st October and will be on until 16th October 2019. No coupons will be issued after 10pm on 16th October 2019.
• There will be three draws which will be held on 5th October, 12th October & 17th October 2019.
• There will be three winners in total and each will win AED 10,000 worth of BurJuman Gift Vouchers.
• Receipts can only be redeemed at the BurJuman Customer Service desks and coupons can be dropped in the draw boxes next to Customer Service desks.
• The staff at the Customer Service desk will take a photocopy of the customers’ ID upon participation for our internal records.
• Owners and employees of the Centre’s outlets, Al Ghurair Group of Companies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Employees of Citibank including their family members are also not eligible to participate.
• On all aspects of the Prize Draw, the BurJuman Management’s decision is final and binding for every participant.
• If for any reason entries are lost, delayed, not received by the closing date, corrupted, illegible, or are subject to malfunction and technical difficulties, the BurJuman management and Citibank will not be held responsible.
• Winners of the prizes must present the original coupon along with any valid identification (Emirates ID or Passport) to collect the prize.
• The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone as per the details filled out on the raffle coupon.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Prizes that are not claimed within 60 days will be automatically forfeited.
• If prize winners are not able to collect their prize personally, based on an agreement with BurJuman Management, they can delegate a person to collect on their behalf.
• The BurJuman Management reserves the right to withhold the prize based on irregularities and ineligibilities.
• The right to cancel, amend or change these terms and conditions rests solely with the BurJuman Management and can be actioned without prior notice.
