"Arts Surprises is one of the most exciting weeks on the DSS calendar and has become a favorite for families looking to encourage budding artists. An art exhibition organized by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by Dubai Immigration will be officially opened at BurJuman on July 9. The exhibition will feature paintings by participants of the first Emirates International Creativity Contest. Visitors can marvel at the stunning works of art from 10.00 am-10.00 pm daily. A photography exhibition featuring traditional mosques in the UAE will also be on display at the mall all week long.

BurJuman will also host a special workshop from 6-8 July where the Dubai Police will highlight its anti-drugs campaign which targets children, youth and families.

"BurJuman is proud to act a platform for the Dubai Police to raise awareness amongst youngsters about the dangers of taking drugs," added Khandwani
