There are three Guest Services Desks available in the mall. One is located on Level 1 near Costa Coffee, one near Starbucks and the other Desk is located on Level G near Metro Entrance. Services include store information, mall directories, mall events information, gift voucher sales (available at customer service desks), customer suggestion box and so forth.
A mail box is located facing Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road. Mail is collected daily.
Access to the BurJuman Metro Station is located on Level G, near Carrefour. For information on routes and schedules, visit www.rta.ae
To ensure that mums and babies can fully enjoy their time at BurJuman, Mother & Child Facilities for feeding and changing are located in 6 locations across the Mall at Level G, 1, 2 and 3.

Parking Fee
Parking is free for the first 3 hours
Each additional hour or part thereof will be charged at AED 20/hour
Vehicle validation shall be done at payment machines through cash/card/online payment
Only card payment is available at the exit; cash payment is not accepted at the exit
Vehicle must exit within 15 minutes after payment/validation
Re-entry for free parking is only allowed after 6 hours of exiting
Free parking is available on Sundays and Public Holidays
General Parking Rules & Regulations
This car park is designated for mall customers ONLY
Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) will be used to calculate the parking fee
Private transportation buses are not permitted to use the car park
Receive an additional 3-hour free parking for VOX Cinema customers. Validation must be done at VOX Ticket counter only
Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk. BurJuman Mall will not accept responsibility for any damage or loss incurred. Car park users are required to report any accident or loss to the police authorities in accordance with the laws of the emirate of Dubai
Customers must validate their vehicle through available payment machines as the system does not provide alerts for payment reminders
Overnight parking is strictly prohibited, misuse may result in a penalty of AED 350/day
In case of a violation of the parking terms, including improper parking or misuse of the facility, may result in a penalty of AED 250/- on each incident and the vehicle may be towed at owner’s risk and cost.
Customers are prohibited from leaving hazardous materials, flammable substances, or other prohibited items in their vehicles while parked in the facility
Electric vehicles may use designated charging stations where available, as per EV parking guidelines, with a maximum duration of 1 hour
Electric vehicles are not allowed to use mall electric sockets in parking area
Customer must strictly follow the speed limit of 20 km/h within the parking facility
Customer parking is not pre-allocated; vehicles may be parked in any available space
Customer must strictly follow the reserved parking rules for People of Determination and Family Parking
Mall management reserves the right to deny parking access to any vehicle found in violation of parking rules & regulations
Mall management reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions as deemed necessary
Separate prayer rooms for ladies and men are located on Level 3, near the food court and near the BurJuman Business Tower entrance.
RTA Taxis – A Taxi drop-off and pick-up service is provided in the mall. The drop-off and pick-up area is located outside BurJuman’s main entrance.
Wheechair can be requested from 3 counters and the security team.
