GETTING HERE
FROM ABU DHABI/ JEBEL ALI:
- Follow the road signs marked Bur Dubai from Sheikh Zayed Road.
- At Trade Centre roundabout, with the Dubai World Trade Centre on your right, take the 4th exit.
- Proceed down this road and BurJuman is on the left side.
FROM DEIRA/ SHARJAH:
- On Al Ittihad Road from Sharjah, after passing the intersection with the DNATA building on your right, follow road signs to Bur Dubai.
- Take the right after the Floating Bridge, with the Dubai Courts on your right.
- Stay in the right lane after the traffic signal.
- BurJuman is on the left side after the second traffic signal.
OR
- On Al Ittihad Road from Sharjah, pass the intersection with the DNATA building on your right.
- Follow road signs to Bur Dubai and Karama.
- BurJuman is on the left side after the second traffic signal.

- Follow road signs to Al Garhoud Bridge, then follow signs to Bur Dubai.
- When you reach Trade Centre Road turn right.

BurJuman Metro Station serves both the Red and Green lines and is a transfer station between the two. To come to BurJuman, use Exit 3 when leaving the station.
PARKING INFORMATION
- Free parking for the first 3 hours and the barriers shall open when ticket is inserted.
- Each additional hour or part thereof will be charged at AED 20/hour.
- Ticket validation MUST be obtained at the payment machines. There will be no cashier at the exit. This is a PAY ON FOOT car park.
GENERAL PARKING USAGE RULES
- This car park is designated to the mall customers ONLY.
- Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) will be used to calculate the parking fee in case of any conflict.
- Private transportation buses are not permitted to use the car park
- Receive an additional 3-hour free parking for VOX Cinema customers. Validation should be done at VOX Ticket counter only.

- Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk. Burjuman Mall will not accept responsibility for any damage or lose incurred. Car park users are required to report any accident or lose to the police authorities in accordance with the laws of emirate of Dubai.
- Any vehicle parked during non-trading hours or not parked in the designated parking space, shall be liable for removal at owner’s risk and cost.
- Free parking on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Lost ticket or misuse of car park will be charged at AED 200.
- Overnight parking is strictly prohibited. Violating vehicles will be charged AED 250/day.

There are two Guest Services Desks available in the mall. One is located on Level 1 near Shakespeare & Co and the other Desk is located on Level G near Metro Entrance. Services include store information, mall directories, mall events information, gift voucher sales (available at all customer service desks), lost property, first aid box, customer suggestion box and so forth.
